Hammond Homes is a family-owned business where you speak to the actual owners during each step of your build. We are available to our clients throughout their projects.
Being based in Mandurah, and have been for some time, we use local trades where possible and trades that are known to us. Hammond Homes cater for all property types, from first-time homeowners to families, investment properties as well as more grand designs.
Our directors are involved with every step of the build as well as being hands-on when needed during the process to ensure each home can be made unique to each client’s requirements.
Being a smaller family firm, Hammond Homes will ensure that each client receives the best personal customer service and building experience. You will be looked after directly by the owners and not considered just another sale.
James was a one-man show who completed 100% of the work himself and went well and truly above and beyond what was required to make sure our house was safe, and the new undercroft was built to last.
We can’t thank James enough for his dedication and diverse range of skills and would highly recommend him to anyone considering building, especially if your ideas are a little out of the ordinary.
